Content plugin can't be used if caching=on

It's important to me to get this working.

Setup
article calling a details view, rowid is set via URL parameter:
{fabrik view=details id=51 rowid=[zeile] layout=default}

element with custom link to this article
index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=9&Itemid=159&lang=de&zeile={rowid}

With Joomla caching on this is always showing the same record (the one called first and cached), no matter if the list is set to "Disable caching".

Maybe there has to be such an option for forms/details, too.

Edit:
I found a workaround (no solution for the underlying issue):
instead of displaying details view + viz in an article the custom link is calling the details view directly and the viz is displayed in the details view's outro.

the issue is that com_content will create the initial view, and the store that view as a cached file. There's nothing we can do from a Fabrik point of view as our code never gets called.

You would need a plugin that would provide control to say 'dont cahce this article' perhaps this one does that http://extensions.joomla.org/extensions/site-management/cache/17783 I've not tried it but it looks promising
