Hi,
I have a form that uses data from 4 tables and I'd like to send a notification when data is submitted that is 'clean' rather than repeating every element.
I know that I can use an article as a template and this is great, however, I don't know how to format things so that I get the data, without repeating the 'common' data.
So in my case I have a footpath, split into a number of sections, with an inspection report of each section, and images for each section inspection.
At the moment it comes out something like this:
[Path name]
[Section1]
[Condition_of_section_1]
[Path name]
[Section2]
[Condition_of_section_2]
If there are lots of images, it gets worse...
I would like to have a report looking something like:
[Path name]
[Section1]
[Condition_of_section_1]
[Section2]
[Condition_of_section_2]
So I guess this is similar to repeating groups, but I can't see how to do it with an email template...
Any help would be appreciated.
