Fatal error: Call to a member function getFullName()

Afther create a form using juser plugin, i have create the menu for a signup form, username, pass, email, very simple form, i create the menu item, fill the form and click save and i get this message:

Fatal error: Call to a member function getFullName() on a non-object in /home/public_html/plugins/fabrik_form/juser/juser.php on line 837
