File Uploader shows php Notice message in log

I'm getting this message whenever I save a form that has a file uploader element, but for which I didn't attach a file:

Undefined offset: 0 in /home/xxxxxx/xxxxxx/plugins/fabrik_element/fileupload/fileupload.php on line 1562

Thoughts?

I just need to know if this is an actual bug, or if it's happening because there's no file attached, or what.
 
C'mon, folks - help me out here. It's been a week. Is this a bug, or what?

For the admins - I added the site and FTP info to my account.
 
I can't replicate.
Normal file upload, ajax fileupload?
Settings?
Exact Joomla/Fabrik/php version?
