Mail form plugin not working for one email address.

I can not get my head around this one. I am able to send general email to info@rarequalityinc.com, so I know that address is receiving mail.

I am able to send mail from the form on http://www.rarequalityinc.com/contact-us to any address I include in the plugin except for info@rarequalityinc.com. Is there a conflict that does not allow mail to be sent to the address associated with the site or to the from address?

I included my email settings in the attached .png.

Could this be an email server issue?

Most likely an email server thing. We simply use whatever is set up in Joomla for sending mail.
Perhaps ask your hosting company if they have this type of restriction in place?
