I had a problem with the registration form. It is shown to the following link:

Is there a way to solve without restoring the jpa file?
I deleted the extra fields table because I couldn't see the groups names into the extra fields table. I could see only the table name in the front end (below the tradtional joomla registration form). Of course, there were correctly the fields names, but the groups names were not shown.
