Send an email when a file is upload

Hi,
How can I send an email to someone when a file is upload in 'edited' form submission ? (Not at the first form submission).

You can set the email form plugin to run "On" = edit.
You can use the "Condition" to compare original and edited data and send the email only if fileupload has been changed.
