text in filtering area

i would like to put text in the filtering area here

i have now 4 column filter...i would like to have 1 of this colmn as text
This text is the one i have in a display element..but i cannot put as a filter as there no sense to filter it. I just want to display the text, or to put a text in another way
p.s.
Each row contain the answer to a question, so each row should contain the question and the 3 filter element for the answer
