Users can delete records entered by others

I have a problem with accessing the list permissions. in practice I have set that only users who own a record can delete records. instead all logged in users can also delete records entered by others. I have clearly created a user element for the list with which I manage access. where am I wrong? if I set delete record on super user clearly only super user can delete record and it overrides the "user" setting on "use field".thanks so much everyone

No, this should not be the case as this is an 'Or' statement. Should result in super user and owner of the record are able to delete it.

the list appears with the edit and delete buttons as well as the magnifier. only that the delete button also appears in the other records that she herself did not upload.
