Validation tooltips not compatible with new bootstrap?v2.3.1?

my site is using joomla 3 + T3 framework ? T3 framework use bootstrap v2.3.1 as a UI lib?when I use new
Fabrik to creat a Form, the validation tooltips show errors

first when I move my mouse over the lable




then the lable disappear



looked into the source



when i change back to bootstrap v2.0.1?the tooltips display normally?but my navbar display error
is there any solutions?
