New Commercial Services Section
We have now opened a commercial services section here on the forum for registered users. If you have a Fabrik project that you wish to have someone work on for you, post it under Help Wanted. If you are an application developer and wish to earn some money helping others, post your details under Fabrik Application Developers.
Both of these are unmoderated. It will be up to both parties to work out the details and come to an agreement.

We do do some custom work, although we're kinda limited on the number of people we can service. At the moment I don't personally have any time for new work.
I've seen some people post on elance, and OpenSource Freelance Marketplace for Joomla, Drupal, WordPress and more. Hire Joomla experts from all around the world. and a google found some people @ odesk Hire Joomla Fabrik Contractors - oDesk
As for skills, tricky - depends what you need to do, I think a good understanding of database design is really useful. We have a short primer in the wiki which is a good start Design Strategy - Fabrik
