php form plugin "on edit" not triggered

Hi,

Following a recent github update (from a several month old version), the php form plugin is no longer triggered on page load if set to "on Edit". However, it works fine if set to "Both".

I've driven tests with the following inline php code : "echo 'test';exit;" so I don't think it is related to that code.

There are 3 plugins (php - GetTopContent, php - onAfterProcess, redirect). It does the same whatever I set it on the first position or the last one.

Ah, yes, @troester reported this a while ago, I meant to fix it ... I'll have a look now.
