Add Records Automatically

Hello,
I'll need help... I'll explain...
Is it possible to add records from a form?

I have 1 field "FIELD" called "weaknesses 1"
I would need there to be a "+ symbol" to add another field "weaknesses 2"
And if I click on the “+” symbol again, I could add another field “weaknesses 3”
And so on…
I think it would be like a kind of vector or matrix...
My easy option… would be to create 10 items at once
Weaknesses 1
Weaknesses 2
Weaknesses 3
Etc etc…
But I would like the user to… be able to create the “items” they need

I don't know if I explained myself correctly
