All my entries have been multiplied by 5, 6, or more

Please help !!

All my entries have been multiplied by 5, 6, or more so instead of having 1,200 entries I have now 21000 ???

It is a huge problem because our entire business runs on it.

I've tried it once before when I tried to delete them there was too much but it resulted in the deleted all !?

Please help !!

The clone plug-in will, when the form is submitted create additonal copies of the submitted data in the database.

What are you doing with the clone plugin.

Clone error: seems you are not running a recent GitHub version, there was a fix several month ago.

Are the duplicated records really duplicated in the DB?

Or did you add a list join and the list is displayed with join display mode "each row separately"?

no they are not duplicated in DB!

The only change i made was adding a new element to the form!? I have no list join...

Check you list settings.
You may get an implicit join by adding a multiselect element.

i have used my backup and restored the site to before i made the elements!! So it works now...

But every time i make some changes to that specific list or form the error is there again!!!

Edit your list and set display mode to merge rows
