Alternative to a Hide Group?

Hello Fabrik Gurus, i am creating a profile form for a user, some elements of the profile are consider Private, Like Age, City of Born, what i did was create a Group and move the elements there, and create other element "Hide private info Yes/No" i was thinking of use the Hide/Show Javascript, but then i notice that even if is hide in the page if i go to code i can find the Age, and City of Born because the Group is only Hide.

My question here is what alternative can i do to depending on the Element Show other elements, but if this element is set to Yes, not even add it to the HTML.

I think i found a way to do it creating a custom Template,

Yup, hiding via CSS or JS is never a secure method.
But you should be able to really hide it by setting element or group access levels.
