autofill of databasejoin

Hi,
I have added a plugin in a form for displaying automatically some elements when opening the form. It works ok for all of the elements except for an element which is originally (in the source form) a databasejoin to another table.
The autofill plugin shows, in this case, the id number, not the words of the databasejoin option. How could the autofill plugin show the content of the databasejoin and not the id?

Hi,
I am making only an example about this problem: a table (Places table) lists some places and a different table (Concerts table for example) has a databasejoin linked to these places.
I have a form with the autofill plugin which let appear (automatically when this form is opened) in a field the content selected in the databasejoin (of Concerts table). The autofill plugin works almost correctly because it shows the place id and not the place name. How can the autofill let appear the name (not the id)?
