Sorry for not being clear enough. Suppose I want to use Fabrik as classified ad placement component to accept user entries from Joomla's frontend. Now, how can I edit, delete, publish or unpublish entries in Joomla's backend?

It's not really a question of frontend/backend but of access settings.

Set edit/delete access in list settings, to publish/unpublish you'll need e.g. a radiobutton or yes/no element editable only by admins, maybe a prefilter showing only published records to public or registered users etc.
