BUG : checkboxes sub-elements come by twos

There seems to be a bug with the latest GitHub (187 as of dec 10) with the checkboxes element : all the sub-elements come by pairs and you can't delete the second one, so if you have two checkboxes, you are fine but if you need one or three, you can't save the element since you can't have empty sub-elements.

yup - seems that the js was being fired twice, I've fixed that and also tidied up the presentation of the subptions
 
Rob is working on this one now, as per our group Skype convo. Something to do with require.js and nested requires.

Well, after today's Git update (226), here is the situation :

With the browser cache cleared, if I come from a regular J! page (an article for instance), there is no error.
If I come from a Fabrik page (a page with a list or a form for instance), the error is back. Emptying the browser cache makes it go away though (before the last fix, that was not the case).
