BUG: Form copy button

If you have repeatable group in a form then copy button does not create new repeatable ids. Just updates the old ones with the new master record id. As a result the 'copied' record has all repeatable data but the original loose them! List copy plugin is better but it also does not copy repeatable records?.

Should now be fixed in github. Copying a row with the Form copy button will now also copy the joined data.

I haven't had time to test / fix the List copy plugin yet.
