Also just found out how to get rid of the page navigation on the table display. You have to edit the template and get rid of the line that says:

{FABRIK_PAGENAV}

Configuration:
Fabrik version: SVN Rev. 36
Joomla! Version: Joomla! 1.0.12 Stable
PHP version: 5.1.6
MySQL version: 5.0.27-standard-log
Linux
Web Server: Apache/1.3.37
Relevant PHP Settings: all correct for Joomla!

I am also awaiting a solution to the pre-filter problem. The hover text on the access level says that one should choose the level for which the filter DOES NOT apply, while in actual fact applies the filter only to the level you choose. Really needs to be able to choose multiple levels then.
