Cannot delete a record using Chrome, work fine in Firefox

Hello,

In a form i have activated the button "Delete". Work fine in Firefox, i see the alert message and the record is deleted, but in Chrome i don't see any alert message, the form is submitted but the record is not deleted.

Is this with any list/form?
Form plugins, anything else special?

one form, autofill + redirect plugins. How can i debug this action?

ok, this is strange. I enter into the form, press delete, now the message appear and record is deleted. Tried with another one in the same form, no message, the record is not deleted..no problem in Firefox, run ok every time.

more info: github update, cache cleaned (fabrik and browser). Enter to form, i am able to delete first row. Enter again to form, press Delete, no alert, the form is submitted but no delete

Im not able to replicate, I could delete subsequent records from within the form view. Does the issue occur if you don't have any form plugins?
