Cannot edit data

Hello,

Data can be edited in the edit view when log in as a registered user or super user.
But Public cannot edit data.
Access right in Menu, List, Elements all have Public.
What am I missing here?

Did you check the list for not having caneditrow plugin active?

It is strange. It works now without any code or access level.
