Cascading DropDown caused filters (on list view) to be not working

Hello ,
joomla 3.7 , Fabrik 3.7

I have a List with 4 elements
name :field filter type:text
User Type :databasejoin filter type:dropdown
Function :cascading dropdown filter type:dropdown
County : databasejoin filter type:dropdown

The problem : when I use cascading dropdown element in filter , all other filters not work and show no results.
If I disable the the cascading dropdown element from filter , the list filter work fine .
How I can solve this problem please

the options of my cascading dropdown element filter :
filter type : dropdown
Exact match . Yes
Access level : public
full word match : No
Mandatory : NO
Data Filter : ALL
Order by : Label
Include in advanced search : YES
Class : Visible

there is not any JS errors
I try the default joomla template but the same problem
current I use joomshaper helix template .

the filter work fine if you use cascading dropdown element in search or disable it .

Try search by name or country or user type without using cascading element , you will get no result.
IF you search by Function cascading element the filter work fine .
