I apologize if this is answered somewhere else - but I wasn't able to find it. 
I'm having an abort, retry, fail error in my head trying to figure it out.
My question is this -
If I wanted to have a block of yes and no options that then become a text field upon answering yes on an option - how would I go about accomplishing this?
The use case is this:
I have a question about scholarship aid, and there are about 25 different scholarships that I want to list and then have the applicant enter the amount of the scholarship then at the end of this block, I want to have the total amount of aid calculated and inserted into the db.
