Cascadingdropdown in Filters?

Is there a way to have cascadingdropdown in filters?

how i am mange this is creating a search form, but it will be great if this is core function.

Yes, although you also have to have the element the CDD observes as a filter.

easy as that!!! I thought that only Dropdown are able to use because of the Filter Types option only have dropdown

Ok, i manage to make it work the databasejoin, next to the CCD both working great but after select the item in CCD the filter is not showing what i have selected, where can i look? before i made this filter was working ok for some reason the CCD is not filtering results ok.

I'm not sure what you mean. Are you saying it doesn't filter the list as expected, or that the CDD in the filter doesn't show the item you selected?
