cascadingdropdown stopped to work

Hello again! I have Github version Fabrik-fabrik-3.0.7-141-gda07e52
In month ago cdd was working, when it stopped i dont know. Todays situation is here: http://www.vivaliiklus.ee/kursusedd/registreerimine-kursusele
When i select "Kategooria" as "AM - mopeed", then cdd "Vali kuup?ev koolituseks" needs show one date, but it shows nothing. If i go on this webpage, FireBug Error Console shows two error:

It is bug or some hostingserver problem or something else?

Did you add any extensions to your site recently? Possible JavaScript conflict?

Have you tested this on another site to be sure this is a bug?

I use cascadingdropdown on many forms with latest github release, and I have no errors.

I believe that I guess where is the root of this issue just
can't show it yet

Try creating a fresh new site and testing the same lists and fields.

This will verify JS conflicts.

If i reinstall Fabrik 3.0.7 with 3.0.6.4 (and cdd too), then cdd works. I work on it and verify possible conflicts...

I now made duplicate of this website here: http://raudmaa.eu/viva/kursusedd/registreerimine-kursusele
I removed all non-joomla components, modules, themes and plugins, copied all Joomla core files, copied Fabrik-fabrik-3.0.7-143-g21949e9 from Github, removed all other elements from form and still same...
