Edit the module

in "Advanced" tab select Alternativ Layout = menu

But I can't get at the tabs because of the Fabrik Menu (see the attachment on last post) sitting over the top part of the page.

This Fabrik menu that I had such fun implementing effectively ruins the entire administrator interface because it displays vertically. The only way forward, apart from a restore, that I can see is to get at the CSS and make this menu display horizontally. But I've no idea how complex this might be or indeed which CSS file I'd need to change.

If you have access to your DB goto #_modules, edit the one with fabrik (I assume it's the last one), set position=menu (or published=0)

or edit module directly (you have to guess the id)
.../administrator/index.php?option=com_modules&view=module&layout=edit&id=100

or use firebug on firefox to set the CSS temporaryly

I did the same thing whilst experimenting - bloody awkward to get out of it!!

I'm glad I wasn't the only one to fall into the hole here ! I think this module is best left alone for the moment.
