Collation - where Fabrik gets it from? No needed collation in options

This is actually a good feature - setting collation from list admin - but there is no collation that I use (utf8_estonian_ci). This collation is set to my tables but should I make changes to the list it will replaced by new one (some chinese by default). Thanls God the field collations are remaining as they are. This utf8_estonian_ci is available on the server but not in admin opts. What could I / we do to make lists always consider the existing one?

Reopened this thread. Just wondering whether there are some issues with this code as it's still not merged.

For me it works well.

BTW, I proposed the similar changes for 3.1. That's why you see 2 similar pull requests in github.

I haven't looked at this new feature yet but your changes don't look like they are going to blow up the world.

I would like to think people would back up their tables before making changes like this anyway...... however..... !
