For those who getting this error when trying to view the list table record ;
I discovered that the cause of this error got to do with the respective element, eg databasejoin or cascadingdropdown.
Inside this element the the connection parameter is not define at all and also the table id and label. Once I update this element and save it then the error is gone.
I was migrating from joomla 1.5 to 2.5 and experience this error.
I also noticed that , even though I had delete the table from the backend admin some of the record still remain in the database table.
