I am running: Joomla 3.3.6
Fabrik 3.2 updated about a week ago from Github
I have a field which is of "field" type INT11 called "rec_likelihood"
It holds survey responses which cover a range of 0 - 10.
0-6 are called by my client "Detractors"
7-8 are called by my client "Passives"
9-10 are called by my client "Referrers"
I have added a separate "calc" field which determines and displays the above " labels" per row, but it isn't useful to aggregate anything.
The client wishes to display (along the lines of and in the same area of list view as sum, avg, count) a "Rating" he calls NRS (for Net Referrer Score)
This is to be expressed as a Percentage and arrived at by this formula:
Referrers/Total Responses(%) - Detractors/Total Responses(%) = NFS (%) and can, of course be a negative number. "Passives" are ignored except as a part of the sum of "Total Responses".
I would like to do this with the "Custom Calc" area, but the tooltip about Custom query doesn't help much and there's nothing to be found in the Help Wiki...
Am I barking up the wrong tree?
