Database Join- Validation: Not Empty, Failing..

I am not sure whether a database join element can be validated. I have tried to save my element after adding a simple "notempty" validation and I get this error:


Fatal error: Call to a member function getJForm() on a non-object in /home/leaguete/public_html/administrator/components/com_fabrik/models/plugin.php on line 40

Please advise..

That's not an issue I'm aware of or can replicate.
Could you fill in your site details http://fabrikar.com/you/my-sites/ with a super admin account and an ftp account, and tell me where the error occurs. e.g I'm not clear if it occurs in the admin when you try to add the validation rule, or in the form itself when you try to submit it - please provide complete URLs to the page which is generating the error

Im going to try doing a Github update. I am running version 3.1b and hopefully a Github update solves the issues. If not ill give you login details.

Sorry Rob, no more issues. I did an update to RC1 and it solved the issue completely. Thanks..
