I have downloaded the dompdf library, where should I put the folder if I want to use the PDF function of the email form plugin?

I have downloaded the dompdf library

From where? You have to use the one from Fabrik GitHub.
The dompdf folder has to go into your-site/libraries

Best is to backup and then do a GitHub update.
