How to set the element 'date' a to display the Birthday every year in a visualization 'calendar'

Calendar viz is displaying dates from a Fabrik list.
So you must have a list entry for every year.

As Troester said, the Calendar viz is displaying dates from rows in a list. It's up to you how the rows get put in the list, and with what dates.

The Calendar viz isn't a "calendaring" app, with repeated events, etc. It simply displays data from your list(s).

Calendar viz needs a list with start and end DATE (=MySQL date-time) elements, not a birthday element (which is MySQL date).
So you'll need an extra list for the calendar view and e.g. a php form plugin creating all the list records you want to show in your calendar (20 or 100 entries for the next 20 or 100 years).
