Element in list shows value instead of label

I've created a dropdown element with the name "Wettart" with following data:

Value: 1 Label: Asia handicap
Value: 2 Label: Europa handicap
Value: 3 Label: Uber
and so on

If i save new data with the form, then i can choose with the dropdown element between the items Asia handicap, Europa handicap, Uber... Good so far.
At the MySQL Database i can see, fabricar has stored the values 1,2,3. Good so far.
If i take a look to the fabricar list, then the list shows values 1,2,3 instead of the labels Asia handicap, Europa handicap, Uber.

Can i change this to show labels instead of values on this list?
