Floating buttons option missing from list options

Hi

It seems that the Floating buttons option missing from the list options in Render buttons.
However it can be found in global list options.
Another problem is that even I have chosen the floating button option as Global and the same option in lists point to global, I cannot see the buttons rendered as Floating. I see them always as Inline.

In 3.1 I don't think we have the concept of "floating" any more. We just have "inline" and "dropdown".

I'm forgetting more and more about the details of 3.0, though. "Floating" mean't we used a checkbox as a fake dropdown, and clicking it bought up a popup of links, yes?

Exactly.
However in the Global Options in F3.2.x you have the 'Floating' option.
Maybe forgotten from 3.0.x?
