Form editing privileges

Hello peeps,

I have a question regarding to the forms. When I create an entry with the form and it appears in the list, I want the user to be able to get into that very entry I created before and be able to edit it, but here is the thing, I want the user to be able to edit only 1 element inside that entry, is it possible? Thanks!

You (e.g. admin) is creating the entry and the user (public? registered?) should edit one element?
Set all but the one elements "Form view access" to admin/special... (whatever your access levels are)
