A user (maybe guest) is trying to add a record (open an empty form) without being allowed to.
You must set the correct list access settings and menu access settings.

It is a new form, and the url is also new.

I did a fresh joomla installtion. Except for fabrik, did not install anything. Created a form, and then its link.

when I open the link, it shows the same error.

php version is 5.4
