Form template with 2 columns

Hi,

I need form template with 2 or 3 columns.
I am not exactly sure, but probably I saw somewhere an option to use 2 or 3 columns view in form.
But in this moment I can't find where to select that option.
Can you know if it is possible to select it?

In the Groups section, click / select the group of which you want to set the the columns. In the Layout option, you can set the columns.
