Get checkbox value to send mail

Hi, I can't understand how to see the values of a series of checkboxes to send (depending on the checked checkboxes) emails to different recipients. Each recipient must receive emails only if their checkbox is flagged.
From the main form, the checkbox values are returned via databasejoin. The checkbox values are in a separate table of the same database.
I'm trying different solutions including sql queries but I can't not knowing how to use javascript well.
I would be extremely grateful if you could help me understand how to do it

Where and when do you want to send emails? Form? List?

I have to send them directly from the form, I also thought about making more email plugins, this would not be a problem.
