Google map bubble template issue

I am trying to create a bubble template with a link to edit the relevant record. I tried the following

<a href="../sold-properties/form/11/{fabrik_sold___id}">EDIT</a>

What gets rendered is
15
">EDIT

The 15 (id) is a hyperlink that looks like https://hostname/house/index.php/properties/sold-properties/form/11/<a data-loadmethod=

The strange thing was I had it working at one point just needed to work out the correct relative URL. I am not sure what I am doing wrong.

Use {fabrik_sold___id_raw}
{fabrik_sold___id} is a link itself.

But you can just use {rowid}
or directly the edit link {fabrik_edit}
