How do I create a link to a form from an article

I want to build a joomla article that has a table of text that each line of text links to a fabrik form I have created but I am not sure how to create the links. I have the text in a table that is something like Add/Edit Employee I want this text when clicked on to open a fabrik form called Employees which is the form for the Employee table. How do I get a text link in an article to open a fabrik form?

I thought there was a wiki entry on this but now I can't find it. The easiest way is to study the url's as you browse Fabrik, the structure is pretty intuitive. Keep in mind the structure also depends on whether you have SEF / URL rewriting on or off.

To answer your question though, the following url will open a blank form:

www.yoursite.com/index.php?option=com_fabrik&view=form&formid=X

where X is your form ID.
