How to access to the form object at email template level

Dear all,

I'm trying to create an email that is sent using the email form plugin. I'm doing some selects with php code into the email template code and I need to access to the row ID without using placeholders, like accessing for ecample to the rowID propierty of the form object. But I don't know how to access to this object. Could someone help me, please?
