how to add a new register to a list modifying the data of another yet saved f

I have a list where I display the registers of a form.

In the left upper coner of the table there is a + symbol circled, you clik to open a new register in blank.

How can I make appear a new symbol that open a new register but copy the data of another register already saved to do little modfications.

You can define default values for your fields (fixed ones or - with eval=yes - php code returning calculated values)

Or you can add the autofill form plugin defining which fields should be filled with content of an other record.

I am trying to do what you propose using the autofill form plugin like this.What I wantit is that the field ?Clientes_fidias" is set equal to "muchap" whenever the for is loaded either in the fron or back-en automatically:

• In
• On

• Field to observe
• Trigger
• Connection
• List
• Map data{pedido_de_cliente___CLIENTE_FIDIAS}=='MUCHAP'
• Edit original recordNoYes
• ConfirmNoYes
• Autofill on load

BUT IT does not work

Do you know what is wrong?
