How to remove element name from details view to public user

Hi,
Any idea how to remove the element name from details view to public user but keep it to register users
i.e in this public page link the no need to see the element name > but registered users need to see the element name in order to fill in the information

It's set , but cannot control title view per permission

What do you mean by "title view"? Are you just trying to hide the label, but leave the input field visible?
