I can't see data in backend after upgrading

Problem: Lists, forms, elements etc are empty in the backend.
Fabrik Connection is ok
Data are in database: yes

History:
1. Migration site 2.5.11 to 3.5.1
2. Fabrik didn't appear under Components menu in 3.5.1 anymore.
3. Installed Fabrik 3.4.3 with success via Extensions Manager.
4. Update with the last GITHUB fabrik-master file.
5. Still no Fabrik in Components menu.
6. I repeated the items 3 and 4 two more times. Failed.
7. Uninstalled Fabrik (first disabling Fabrik - System).
8. Installed again Fabrik 3.4.3 and updated with GitHub file.
9. Now Fabrik is there, but empty.

Any tip?

did you check in the new instalation if there is any fabrik table in database?

After uninstalling Fabrik all Fabrik data (lists, groups, elements etc.) is lost, hopefully you have a backup.

Migrating: did you http://fabrikar.com/forums/index.php?wiki/migrating-fabrik3-0-9-to-fabrik3-1-j-3-4/ ?

@troester Thank you. Yes, I have backup (phew).
I followed the tutorial that you mentioned, but even installing Fabrik 3.4.3 package 3 times and updating from GitHub, I still coudn't see Fabrik in the components menu. I will try again from the beggining.

Did you update your Joomla2.5.11 to the latest 2.5 version before migrating?
I don't think it's a Fabrik issue.
Check the Fabrik records in the Joomla #__menu table (menutype = main) if you can see something different from other entries

Yes, I did update to Joomla 2.5.28 before migrating.
I will check the records which you suggested. Thanks.
