I want different view between public visitor and manager

hi,

I want different list view between public visitor and manager.

1.For the visitor must enter a number like a tracking number then look the records(Require filtering can do that).
2. For the managers just login their account then can look all records.

I can do that for each but put them together I don't know how to do...
Sorry for my english. Anyone can help me to achieve that? Tank you!

Copy your list. This will give you a new set list/form/elements linked to the same underlying database table (i.e. showing/modifying the same data)

Create one menu item pointing to list1, access public, list1 with e.g. required filtering,
one other menu item pointing to list2, access manager
