implicit last_upd_time for the fabrik forms?

Hi,
I am using the Fabrik's list feature to display the list and search options for a table. This listing is available to the registered users only. I am pasting one image for the reference.



I have the following questions to complete my functionality.

• Is there any implicit last_upd_time column which keeps the date-time when the record was last updated in the table?
• In this list view, how can I include columns to filter the data. For example in my table I have a column called status and I want to provide a drop down to filter on this data. I want to provide a feature to search the data between two dates. I know the same can be achieved using advanced search feature but my users will not be comfortable in using the advanced search feature.
• In the form plugins for email and receipt, I do not want to send the email and receipt when this form is getting updated from the list view. Is there a way to do that? In my case that means if the form is being submitted by registered user, then I don't want 'email' and 'receipt' plugins to work.

Could you please provide me few pointers?

Create element with plugin jdate(or date) and and set it to "Always return today's date".
