I have a CDD set as autocomplete, watching a dropdown element.
When the dropdown is not selected, the CDD displays "Type in your term" (my custom placeholder), which is fine, but as soon as I select a dropdown value, it nows displays the latest record of the table it is connected to, so you have to select it, delete and then type in the term you want.
Would it be possible to keep it form displaying something else than the placeholder until you actually type in the field? I made a screencast to show the beahvior: http://screencast.com/t/0r6iHnNGQ
