Is there a automatically way to update table elements from DB?

When I created a new fabrik list from a DB table, the fabrik elements were automatically created for this list group. Then I changed the DB table to add some new elements, how can I update the list automatically like the creating time to add the new elements to the fabrik elements view with this list group?

You should add new elements to any table controlled by fabrik via fabrik 'Elements'.
Just filter the elements list by selecting the corresponding group from the filtering options on the left.
If the element is in table that has been joined to another (parent) table, add the new element by filtering the elements list to that child/repeat group (not the unlinked group) and it will add the new element to both the linked and unlinked fabrik groups that are using that table (as well as adding it to the database table itself).
