Is there a way to migrate data from one list/form to another

I have created a list now with some action i want to migrate data from one list/form to another. Is there a way to do it?

If you want another list (and form) pointing the SAME underlying table, you can use the COPY button in the list admin interface. If you want a SEPARATE table with the same data you will need to replicate it in mysql (or whatever db you are using) and then point a new list/form to it.
